Glenn Aubrey Brock

Glenn Aubrey Brock, 96, of Connersville, went home to be with his Lord and Savior Tuesday evening, November 15, 2022. He had been in failing health for the past five years. He was born January 28, 1926 in Fariston, Laurel County, Kentucky, one of sixteen children of George and Rebecca McFadden Brock. On January 27, 1962, he was married in London, Kentucky to Opal Imogene “Jean” House, and they came to Connersville in 1966 for residence. Mrs. Brock survives. Glenn was employed for 19 years at H.H. Robertson. He farmed in Kentucky for many years before moving to Connersville. Throughout his life, he worked various other jobs. He was a faithful member of Living Waters Assembly of God. He loved attending church and being with his church family. Previously, he had attended Full Gospel Trinity where he had served as a deacon. In his leisure, Glenn enjoyed watching University of Kentucky basketball and Cincinnati Reds. He loved spending time with his family, especially at family get-togethers and dinners. He loved being at home, and he loved people. Survivors include his wife of 60 years, Jean Brock of Connersville; two children, Glenda Faye (Jim) Wolfe and Tony K. (Natalie) Brock, both of Connersville; three grandchildren, Dustin (Jennifer) Wolfe of Rushville, Caitlin Wolfe of Connersville, and Jayde Brock of Rushville; three great grandchildren, Tanner, Kayden, and Aaliyah Wolfe, all of Rushville; a sister, Alice (Ron) Faulkner of Corbin, Kentucky; a brother-in-law, Doyle House of London, Kentucky; a sister-in-law, Nancy House of Connersville; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by 14 brothers and sisters and a brother-in-law, Charles House. Friends may visit from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 23, 2022 at Miller, Moster, Robbins Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. with Pastor Ron Russell officiating. Burial will be in Dale Cemetery.
