Darlene Tincher Jent, age 65, of London, Kentucky passed away on Tuesday, December 28, 2021. She leaves behind her husband of 47 years, James Arthur Jent; her mother, Carrie Sparks Tincher; three children, Janice Marie Jent Madden & husband Claude, James Ray Jent & wife Winnie, Joshua Derrick Jent & wife Shelia Ace, all of London, KY; five siblings, Eddie Tincher & wife Michelle, Delores Lewis, Danny Tincher & wife Pam, Marlene Hoskins, Lisa Russell; fourteen grandchildren, James Bowling, Heather Bush, Jonathan Bowling, Casey Gregory, Jessica Blair, Shelby Jent, Julie Jent, Justin Jent, William Madden, McKinzey Madden, Subrina Honeycutt, Emmilene Martz, Christian Hollan, Jordan Huff; five great grandchildren, Jace Bowling, Kadence Bowling, Kaiser Bowling, Elijah Bowling, Kiara Blair; her ex-daughter-in-law, Joyce Jent; her fur babies, Peanut, Angel and Bear, plus a host of other family and friends to mourn her passing. She was preceded in death by her father, Andrew Tincher; three siblings, David Tincher Jr., Judith Marie Lewis, Carlos Wayne Tincher; one grandson, Andrew Nathaniel Gregory; her nephew, Justin Lewis. Darlene worked for Hearthside Food Solutions for 22 years. She was a hard worker and a member of God’s Refuge Church in East Bernstadt, Kentucky. She was a family woman who loved her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She enjoyed researching the family tree, liked to travel to see family and loved her pets. Darlene had a big heart and always wanted to help people. She was the one that always held everyone and everything together. Funeral services for Darlene Tincher Jent will be held on Saturday, January 1, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of House-Rawlings Funeral Home with Anna King and Chris Stanley officiating. Burial will follow at the Casteel-Watkins Cemetery in East Bernstadt, KY. Pallbearers will be Jonathan Bowling, Justin Jent, James Bowling, LaRue Gregory, Paul Dugger, Garrett Martz, Travis Blair and William Madden. The family will receive friends on Saturday, January 1, 2022 beginning at 11:00 a.m. until the funeral hour also at the funeral home.
